How to Apply for $1,000 Scholarship

  • Write a 2-3 page essay about how pediatric cancer changed your life.

  • Must be double spaced using a 12 point Arial font.

  • Please email to isaacdavidporogi@yahoo.com and put scholarship on the subject line.

  • You must fill out, initial, and submit the form below giving permission to post your name, where you are from, and pictures on this website and his Facebook page. (Just click and type on the form below then hit submit)

* All entries Must be in by May 1st each year. 

Who Qualifies

    Anyone who either had pediatric cancer or has gone through a pediatric cancer journey with someone close to them.
