I wanted to start The Isaac David Porogi Foundation, Inc and share this blog to show love and support for all. Going through a cancer journey is very hard and no one should go through it alone. Not only do I want to be here for and inspire those going through it but to also help educate and teach everyone. Many do not understand and realize what it is really all about.

Above is a picture of a young man named, Isaac, and a little girl named, Hadlea. They met during their cancer journeys at Peyton Manning Children's Hospital. Hadlea kept peeking in Isaac's hospital room. I whispered to Isaac, "I think you have a visitor." He looked down and seen her. He said, "Hi" and she just smiled back at him. Then she said, "I like your hair." From that moment on they were the best of friends.

Isaac was a varsity football and basketball player at John Glenn High School. He was an honor student who had many friends. He was easy to get along with and strived to accomplish his goals. He wanted to play basketball for a D1 college and eventually go pro. He insisted he was going to become financially wealthy so that he could take care of his single mother, me, and his younger brother. He said his mom always provided and took care of him and his brother and that he wanted to return that so she would not have to work in a factory the rest of her life. He wanted her to be able to enjoy life some without struggling all the time.
